Can’t find what you need? Try our Interlibrary Loans

If the McBride Memorial Library does not own the item you wish to borrow, we will attempt to borrow it from another library.  Items published within the last six months cannot be borrowed through Interlibrary Loan, but you may request that the McBride Library purchase the title.

Interlibrary Loans may be requested at the library service desks or online. Simply fill out the form linked below. You may request up to 5 (five) Interlibrary Loans per week. Interlibrary loan requests are FREE.

masterfile-main-editionMagazine Articles You can easily find full-text magazine articles from MasterFile Main Edition. There are over 1,300 full text magazines available. If you can’t find what you need we can request an interlibrary loan.

You may also request photocopies of magazine articles.  The library owning the magazine may charge for making the copies.

By requesting a photocopy through Interlibrary Loan, you are agreeing to pay a lending library’s a fee up to $10.00 should there be such a charge.  For more information please call McBride Memorial Library’s Interlibrary loan service at 570-752-2241 Ext 203
